What are the delivery options?
For our customers in the UK:
We offer standard delivery (3-5 working days), Next Day Delivery for £6.
Or you can pick up from our studio at:

We offer standard delivery from 3 to 5 working days.
Pick-up location is available upon request.
For the rest of the world:
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) is available.
How much will shipping cost?
For deliveries in the UK:
- Free standard delivery (3-5 working days).
- Next working day delivery for £6.
For deliveries in Egypt:
- Free standard delivery for 2 or more items.
- Standard delivery is 30 EGP.
For everywhere else:
- Delivery options are calculated at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs and taxes
For the UK and Egypt, no customs are to be paid.
For the rest of the world, please check the country’s regulations.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

What are the available payment methods?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AliPay, Visa and MasterCard.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept PayPal.

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact the customer service as soon as you want to cancel your order.

We will be able to cancel your order if the order has not yet been dispatched.
If your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.
What if I receive the wrong product?

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Absolutely yes, all our items are checked closely prior to delivery, so upon receipt, if an item is faulty, please get in contact with us via any of our contact channels (email/whatsapp/facebook/instagram) and we will arrange an exchange right away.
How do I make an order?
You can visit Lady K’s website www.ladykswimwear.com and choose the items, then select the size using our size guide and finally add to cart.
If you are a new customer, you can create a profile by signing up.
If you are an existing customer, you can sign in and proceed with a fast check out.
How do I use a discount code?
You can apply the discount code at the checkout before making the payment.
If the discount code is not working, please check your bag as some items are excluded from the discount.
Can I modify my order?
If you change your mind about the items after placing the order, please contact our Customer Service by including your full name and order number.

How can I pre-order?
You can pre-order the same way as placing a regular order, the only difference is instead of the “order” button will find a red “pre-order” button. Please check ‘How do I make an order’ for details.
Pre-order is available on the new collections.
Pre-order is available for Alexandria Tops as it is the signature Lady K top.
What if an item is out of stock?
Items sell out fast as we produce only up to 10 pieces per size.
For the Alexandria Top, you can always keep an eye on our Instagram page and your email to notify you when it is back in stock.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store.
Lady K is an e-commerce business.
However, if you live in London, you can request via Instagram/email/phone call to come down to our studio and check out the collection.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number that you can track on the courier’s website.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail.
For all other countries, we use DHL express.
Unfortunately, for orders in Egypt, tracking is not available right now, we are working to make this feature available soon.
Product
How do I care for my product?
Please follow the instructions on how to wash it.
If your swimsuit is creased, please do not iron, just hang it for a while.
Avoid hot tubs, jacuzzi, saunas as much as possible.
How can I wash my swimsuit?
We recommend hand washing your swimsuit directly after use in cold water.
If more cleaning is required, we recommend washing on cold or the 30 degrees Celsius delicate cycle in the washing machine.
Take out cups before washing the swimsuit.
Before inserting the cups again, please make sure everything is dry.
Do not wash with colours.
Please do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry, do not dry away from direct sunlight.
For printed leggings we recommend only cold hand washing to maintain the nice soft texture of the leggings.
Is there built-in support?
Yes, there is built-in support with optional removal cups for all our swimwear.
Our swimwear is carefully manufactured, it has built-in support with every piece, to avoid the extra layer and to remove the hassle of packing.
Is the swimsuit transparent?
No, all the fabrics are completely opaque even when wet.
We run tests on the fabrics to make sure it provides the maximum coverage.
The bra area is double layered.
Does the swimsuit come with a head cover?
At the moment, we do not sell head covers.
Our designers are carefully crafting the perfect head cover that will be coming out soon.
Is the swimsuit true to size?
All the tops are true to size. We recommend taking one size up for a fuller bust or if you want to achieve a looser fit.
For the printed leggings, they are true to size.
As for the nature of the fabric of the plain leggings, LADY K recommends getting one size up.
Where are the products manufactured?
Products are manufactured in the UK with some trims and finishes assembled in Egypt.
Where do you get your fabrics?
We use the highest Italian and Brazilian made fabrics.
Do you use sustainable fabrics?
80% of the fabrics are sustainable. We are currently aiming to achieve the highest sustainability level that we could reach.
Returns and Refunds
What is the return/refund policy?

If I pay via Cash on Delivery, how will I get my cash back?
Upon picking up your order from the delivery address or via our local depot in Egypt, if the items remain in their original state, you will get your refund back in cash.
